Chat with us
A member of our Partnership Team will be in touch to learn about your company, your teams, and understand your internship requirements. Tell us about the roles you want to fill, particular skills you look for, or any concerns you have.
Our diverse pool of candidates are available for internship durations ranging from 6 weeks to 24 weeks, and are ready to start every month of the year. With your requirements in mind, we then carefully select the most suitable candidates for you to meet with.
Interview candidate
We take our screening process seriously and only the top 30% of our applicants are accepted to our program. Once we provide you with CVs for review, the decision to proceed with candidate interviews rests entirely with you, with no obligation. Leave the interview arrangements to us – we’ll schedule them based on your availability.
If the interview proceeds smoothly and a suitable match is found, your part is done! We’ll ensure the intern has everything necessary for their first day, including visas, paperwork, and logistics – all taken care of by us.
Otherwise, we’ll continue keeping an eye out for relevant candidates as we receive new enrolments daily. Again, no obligation as some partners we work with may only select an intern after only 1 to 2 interviews.
Meet your intern
Besides housing and airport pick-up, our intern pre-arrival preparation work goes beyond. In the run-up to their arrival, interns are invited to a range of online courses and coaching sessions that prepare them professionally for the upcoming internship. Upon arriving, our interns are introduced to the city and culture by our on-ground Community Team, ensuring that they are aware of local business etiquette and how to excel at their internship.
Of course – we’ll be there to provide support should you need us anytime during the internship. We provide 24/7 support to them and they also have access to our planned activities outside of work, so you can focus on enjoying the benefits of having great interns!
