How it works

Chat with us

The process starts with a comprehensive call with our Partnership Team. We will learn about your company, your teams, and talk through your intern needs. Tell us about the roles you want to fill, particular skills you look for, or any concerns you have. We will work with you to structure an Internship program tailored for your company – from ironing down an intern job description, to drawing up a training plan.

Our programs range from 1-6 months with start dates every month of the year, so we can always find interns that fit your scheduling needs.

Interview candidate

We take our screening process seriously. Any students that are accepted to our program have been carefully vetted and interviewed. With your company culture and intern needs in mind, we will shortlist candidates for your review. Once you look through their CVs / portfolio, it’s your call whether to move forward and speak with them. Let us know your availability and we’ll schedule a candidate interview on your behalf.

Most partners we work with typically confirm a hire after only 1-2 interviews – thanks to our meticulous vetting process. Great news – once you decide to hire a candidate, your part is done! You can now sit back, relax, and let us take care of the rest. Visa, paperwork, logistics – we’ve got it covered.

Meet your intern

Besides housing and airport pick-up, our intern pre-arrival prep goes Beyond. In the run-up to their program, interns are invited to a range of online courses that prepare them professionally and personally for the upcoming internship. After they land and before work starts, they will also attend a welcome orientation – where we cover everything from intro to the city and local culture, to business etiquette and how to excel at their internship. So they’ll be all set and ready to give their all when they join you on Monday morning.

Of course – we’ll be there to provide support should you need us anytime during the internship. Our incredible local Community Teams are also on hand to support our interns 24/7, giving you peace of mind. So you can focus on enjoying the benefits of having great interns. Who knows? They might even join your team full-time in the future!

Meet Sam –
a typical Beyond intern.

Born and raised in Belgium, Sam is a third year student at the University of Zurich in Switzerland. Having completed a marketing internship during year 2 summer in her home town Brussels, Sam is looking to go abroad for her internship semester in March. Sam is native in French and Dutch, and speaks fluent English. She’s very driven, resourceful, and loves hiking.

Our candidates are:
– Generally between 18-23 years old
– Mostly undergraduates, usually in their final year
– Bright, personable, motivated, adaptable, and tech savvy.
– Hail from all over the world, and often speak more than 1 language
